Led by "Average Joe's for Average bro's", these groups offer valuable opportunities for men to find emotional connection through shared challenges and mutual struggle. Our weekly support groups are dedicated to giving men permission to become truly vulnerable, and through that vulnerability, begin real healing

I joined the Pleasant Grove "I Love You Bro" support group a month ago, and it’s been a huge help for me. I’m an illustrator and artist, and my work has always been a way to process emotions and tell meaningful stories. Life hasn’t been easy—I’ve faced family struggles and the challenge of rebuilding myself after addiction. Living as an atheist in Utah can feel isolating at times, but communities like the i love you bro project reminds me that connection and understanding transcend beliefs".

Courage to bro is our free men’s support group held every Tuesday night (West Jordan) and Wednesday night (Provo) from 7:30 - 9:00 PM
FREE Weekly In-Person Support Groups for Men -
* Shame-free safe zones to share emotions and challenges
* Discussions are led by ilybro Mentors who are very our own certified man-to-man facilitators
* Build connection with other men through mutual challenges
* Receive experienced counsel from the group (if desired)
